After dealing with so many dietary restrictions within my own family, I became proficient at creating tasty and gut friendly creations that could accommodate nearly any dietary restriction or preference.
In 2015, I founded Yoga Pants Bakery; a cottage food business that focuses on bringing gut healthy treats, sourdough breads, and pastries to my community.
My belief is that, with the right instruction, anyone can be a great baker. I am still learning and exploring, and I want to share everything I've learned over the last 10 years with you.
