Susie Zahratka is a busy, homeschooling mother of 4 who lives in St. Paul, Minnesota. She plays an active role in her local community; connecting small businesses and farmers with consumers and organizing events that help strengthen the relationships between them. She grew up appreciating the delicate balance between nature and health and strives to teach what she has learned both to her children and others.
